My experience with caliber collision was great from the start and it's a one stop shop for me. They scheduled me for the first available appointment and took my vehicle after hours because of my schedule. They made sure I had a rental and answered every question I had. Very friendly and professional. My vehicle was ready faster than expected. Their service was greatly appreciated. Will use in the future

Came in for an estimate today.Billy came out and it was only a part that got disconnected from the vehicle: he went out and fixed my car what a great experience to have someone come and take care of there customer instead of just getting money from us. I suggest everyone go here and get there cars fixed and make sure to ask for Billy so greatfull for still having great people out there. I am also gonna bring my other vehicle to get fixed. Outstanding employee you have on garners ferry road. Thank you again Billy

I absolutely love the care that I was given by the Caliber Collision Staff Garners ferry Rd. Everyone I spoke to took the time to explain every aspect of the process and always asked if I had any questions. There was NEVER a moment when I felt upset or stressed about not knowing what’s going on. They took total and complete care of my car and my concerns about the car. Treated me like family! They made my car look so good I felt like I had just won a new ride!

My experience was not great here. I came to get my passenger rear door fixed. Tara was great with informing me of the process but Billy did not follow through with updates. I had to call to receive updates and was told different days for the part to arrive. Not only that, but the general manager didn’t even know my type of vehicle and proceeded to tell me I did not know what day I dropped my vehicle off. After two weeks, almost three, I finally had my car back. The next day, I could not start my car and had it towed. The dealership shares that the door may have been installed improperly which is interfering with the key fobs to start my car. Thanks Caliber Collision! 🙃

Billy was excellent! They did a great job with keeping me updated on my vehicle progress. I got my car back in exactly a week. Customer Service was pretty good. Definitely will recommend this establishment to others.
