Just about every time I call AIA on Garners Ferry Rd., I have the pleasure of speaking with a familiar voice. John's level of customer service is few and far between these days. He is always pleasant. That's a good thing, especially when you are calling to make a payment or renewing a policy. John keeps you engaged as he pulls up your information, answers questions and takes your payment. AIA on Garner's Ferry Rd., you are blessed to have this awesome employee.

I called up there and spoke with a guy. Right as he got on the phone I was greeted by a "hello" .... So I asked "is this AIA insurance"? He rudely said "yeah" then said "why are you asking that you should know who your calling how did you get this number" .... I was in total shock I said "excuse you sir" he said " no but really how did you get this number" when I told him I got it on google he smirked on the phone then said "well what do u want a auto quote"...... So I said "I'll take my business eles where". DON'T DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.
