Kristen updated me on my future automobile policy and the impending price changes. She was very professional and personable. We discussed the substantial price increase and the value I would receive by staying with Allstate. We looked at my policy from a variety of angles and arrived at a mutual decision that staying with Allstate would be my best option considering multiple factors of concern on my part. Kristen did an excellent job handling my case and I give her my total support in handling my account. She is an excellent representative for Allstate and deserves a 5/5 star rating.

Mr. Lobes is a great agent, anytime I have had an issue he was very quick to contact me back and help me understand and come to a resolution. He only hires the best team, and is surrounded by friendly hard working individuals who are there to help. I have personally enjoyed working with Mr. Loebs and his team. As a life long resident of Columbia, I haven't found another agent's office in town that compares.

After 25 years with an established insurance company, I decided to shop around for a local agent for my home and auto needs. I was blessed to find Eric Loebs State Farm 2 years ago. They are always looking for ways to secure coverage at affordable rates and are quickly available for questions, etc. I recently was hospitalized and had called to update payment information while there. I casually mentioned I was in the hospital to Kristen, an agent. When I was released, I had a beautiful card, signed by all of the agents, waiting for me in my mailbox along with a gift card. I was beyond words. I already knew Eric and his staff were a smart choice, but this act of care and kindness made me know they were the right choice!
