Matt I’m very disappointed with your company. I left a message with you several months ago that your client, our daughter Elizabeth Ansley Angel had passed away on Kuly 14, 2023 and never heard from you. I continued making her auto payments until I called and cancelled. Actually think I had made one too many. I’ve received numerous messages from your company saying you were cancelling her policy for non payment way after I had cancelled. So sorry for the customer service. I’d appreciate if you would check and see if we did make too many payments. Thank you
