My wife and I are extremely happy with the customer service that Mr. Jacob Glenn gave during our time of need. Hal Girard and his team have always been wonderful to us, as we have been loyal customers for 25 years. We were involved in a serious accident were our truck was totaled and Jacob called us right away to see how we were doing. Then the very next day, he and the whole group at Mr. Hal Girard office started working on our claim. Everyone at the office checked in on us to make sure that we were doing ok. Jacob made walking us through the claim process helpful to understand and has been patient with us as we asked many questions through this difficult process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jacob Glenn if you need any type of insurance, plus, he will even help locate another vehicle for you if you should ever need one. He's Awesome 😃👍
