SFS Clan1 StarThis office was not upfront with how the policy was going to be handled. We were told this was set. A payment was put down and 2 more months were payed for and covered. Only to get a letter stating cancellation. A call was never made or an explanation in change of coverage. The office wasn’t even sure how to explain these changes when we called.
