READ WHY NATIONWIDE and COMALANDER INSURANCE are DISHONEST, INCOMPETENT and UNETHICAL BUSINESSES. Dec. 02, 2022 I called Nationwide Comalander and asked if they sell Nationwide's fixed annuity and they said yes, they lied. During my appointment with Nationwide Comalander on Dec. 28, 2022 Comalander told me how much interest I would be paid monthly and I agreed, Comalander asked me to sign a capture pad to create my electronic signature so they could fill out an application on their computer online that included my and my beneficiary personal and financial information then without sending, showing, giving, reading or explaining to me what turned out to be a 27 page application that contains contractual agreements Nationwide Comalander fraudulently put my electronic signature on the application claiming I read the application and agreed to their terms and conditions and the Nationwide Comalander agent fraudulently put his electronic signature on the application stating he carried out his responsibilities which he did not do. During the next month Nationwide Comalander told me I would be paid three different lesser amounts of interest than I was told on Dec. 28, 2022 which means I lose thousands of dollars. Nationwide wrote they do not mail the policy/contract certified return receipt, the first time Nationwide disclosed their Free Look period is only 10 days is in their policy/contract, Nationwide does not email the policy/contract tracking information, I found their mailing that contains 85 pages and has my and my beneficiary personal and financial information on the side of the road, on the ground, leaned up against my mailbox post which someone could have stolen our identity and possessions. I then made three unsuccessful attempts to find out directly from Nationwide why I was not being paid the amount I was told on Dec. 28, 2022, Nationwide's representatives were incompetent and did not answer the question of why. Dec. 26, 2023 I canceled the policy and instead of Nationwide Comalander taking responsibility for their actions they charged me a $35,904. penalty for canceling the policy. Nationwide's Financial Complaint Coordinator became involved and wrote in his Feb. 01, 2024 email why I was not being paid the amount I was told on Dec. 28, 2022 which is their advertised interest rate is an annualized rate which Nationwide does not disclose in their advertisement and which Nationwide Comalander agent knew nothing about. In that same email Nationwide's Financial Complaint Coordinator sent me scheduled withdrawal forms that contains contractual information that Nationwide Comalander agent also fraudulently put my electronic signature on without sending, showing, giving, reading or explaining the forms to me. The emails I sent and received are in my Gmail account and can be accessed with my phone to prove the printed versions are true and correct. The most revealing email is on Jan. 23, 2023 when Nationwide Comalander's agent admitted in writing that he is not an expert in annuities and he did not know why I was not being paid the amount he told me on Dec. 28, 2022. I tried to end this matter by offering to go to a local representative Nationwide trusted and show the emails in my Gmail account match the printed versions which proves the emails are true and correct and what took place including Nationwide Comalander agent has lied and committed fraud, Nationwide did not accept my offer. Nationwide Comalander did not disclose pertinent information about the policy and lied to me about many subjects. I am now having to continue to spend thousands of dollars of my time and money to file a lawsuit against them. Nationwide Comalander has made it clear they will tell verbal unsubstantiated lies in court, I will provide the court with documented evidence of the truth. At this point I have to write that my accusations are alleged. I will update this matter after the hearing.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I’ve been helped by all of them at different times and every time it’s the same fantastic service. I worked with mike just recently and I have consistently talked his ear off with a million questions and requested several different quotes. No matter how much I asked him or how often I called him he had the same incredibly helpful attitude. These guys are the kind of people who truly care about what they do and who they do it for. I had a wonderful experience! I had a tricky insurance situation and Alan was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was able to get everything I needed very quickly and they found me a great deal as well. I can’t say thanks enough to Alan and the rest of the staff. Do yourself a favor and get insurance through this location 👍🏼

Todd Comalander handles all of our insurance needs. They are very prompt to respond to any questions or resolve any issue. We have our auto, house, and business insured with them. We have been customers for years and have been very satisfied! Todd is also gives back to his community to help local non-profits.
