Agent Ryan Smalls very unresponsive once policy was sold. Our business was closing so I needed to cancel the policy and 3 calls and messages and a cancellation request form sent to the agency did not result in the cancellation of the policy, but an automatic renewal premium drafted. I had to work directly with the Insurer, and they worked it out.

I have been a client with this company since 2011 and I am more than impressed with the staff at Palmetto Financial Consultants, LLC. The care and concern exhibited for all clients is to be praised and recognized. Blake is my “insurance guy” with the company and I cannot say enough about his professional support. Blake has guided me through insurance needs to include policy updates and follow through in maintaining the best coverage and quality with home, life, and auto. With that said, the support doesn’t end with the insurance side of things. My father died suddenly in 2016 and I never worried about home maintenance because my dad always knew what to do or had a professional partner that could provide services. Since my father’s passing, I have had multiple instances where a contracted expert was needed to assess and fix the problem and Blake has come through every time! When I needed an electrician he shared a professional who came to assess and fix the situation, when I needed vent repairs, Blake shared another contractor who completed the job.
