12 years of payments on time, no claims filed, and they canceled homeowners insurance without notice. It cause my insurance to lapse for 10 days because these lazy, overpriced, saddest excuse for customer service could spend money on stamp, a phone call , or email to let you know. BUYER BEWARE this insurance is double what most people pay. Davids excuse was they canceled his too, well Im sure his mansion has been paid for a long time , off the backs of hard working people. I'm sure they sleep well with no problem putting it to you.

I have had insurance since I was 15 with the Perry insurance group and could not ask for better coverage, response times, professionalism. Nathan Hunter has been my direct agent for 10 plus years and I consider him family at this point. He is always there for help and to answer questions and I never feel as if I'm not being treated as family as well. I would rate this agency and Nathan 10 outta 10 stars and would recommend to anyone looking for a home town feel but a Nationwide coverage. Nationwide has been on my side 100 percent of the 20 years of coverage.

I have been with the Perry Insurance Group, in Lexington, for many years. They handle both my personal and business insurances. During this time, I have worked with Nathan Hunter as my agent. First, he always answers the phone in a very friendly, upbeat manner, which is always pleasant. If he is not available, my phone calls are returned promptly (usually within the hour). His easy-going manner is always pleasant and easy to talk to, but more importantly, he is always eager to explore new options for my insurance needs and is very patient while answering the many questions that I always have and explaining the areas of insurance that I may not understand, or am aware of. I would like to say that I would highly recommend the Perry Agency, and I would, but would also add that a company is only as good as the employees it hires and Nathan is honestly the reason that I never look outside of this agency for other insurance options.
