This insurance team is full of ROCKSTARS!! I just got off the phone with Kristin and she KILLED IT!!! She didn't know it, but I had her on speaker phone with my daughter next to me. My daughter was getting horrible attitudes from driving school companies and was getting down and discouraged. I told my daughter "Let me show you how real customer service sounds!" I called this office and Kristin was frickin' FLAWLESSSSSS! Even if Kristin didn't have an answer, she went and figured it out quickly. My daughter's mouth dropped as she couldn't believe it! LOL Thanks for being a great example! Ansleigh is a BEAST as well, who was my initial experience with the agency, so she gets credit for my confidence in the group. Wow... Every interaction I've had in my short time with this agency has been very productive and has felt great! Please keep up the good work ladies!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic agency. We were searching for a new auto insurance company and I got an online quote from State Farm. As luck would have it, I got a call from Ansleigh the next day. What a phenomenal agent — shes extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She was happy to answer all mine and my husband’s questions (On multiple occasions), helped us time our switch to get the best rate, and processed everything for us over the phone. Afterwards she walked us through the back office process. Definitely the best experience we’ve ever had with buying a new auto insurance policy.
