I was very frustrated with insurance rates in general. I called this agency and they cared enough to explain to me why rates are so high right now. She quoted my personal and business insurance and saved me money as well as explained it so I finally know what I am covered for. We made some changes and now I finally feel at ease and finally know what each coverage means. I left educated and with a little money in my pocket! I recently needed to review my policies that I I’ve had for many years and I gave the office of Patrick Williams and Associates a call to see what they could do for me in regards to my insurance needs. I spoke with Daryl at the office in Lexington by Publix and it was great to sit with someone who could review my coverages to make sure I was covered for my insurance needs. We went thoroughly through a few different quotes in order to see the prices and coverages that would best fit me and my family. I highly recommend speaking with Daryl at the office because he is very knowledgeable and understanding on each situation that we spoke about regarding insurance coverages needed for my family. 10 out of 10 for service and help in this office. Great company great customer service, I needed some help getting insurance on my vehicle and was help By (Daryl Smith) from Williams Insurance Team. It took no longer then 45 minutes to get insured , and all the questions and concerns that I had Daryl Smith perfectly explain everything to me and also gave me a lot of great advice on my insurance policy. I was referred to Daryl Smith for business insurance for my power washing business Duck Power Wash LLC. Daryl has been absolutely great and actually saved me a ton of money. Not only that, it's nice to have someone local to call instead of my last agent who is based in CA. Lastly, I was impressed Daryl could even offer me anything as the level of insurance I need is difficult to find. I would highly recommend giving him a call!
